Message text: No unprocessed records found in DTF
Either there are no unprocessed items in the DTF for creating a
settlement and/or transmission, or if changing a settlement/
transmission, the DTF items have already been archived and therefore
cannot be further processed or reversed.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
For creating a settlement and/or transmission, check that the DTF items
have been uploaded either by IDOC's or manually and have not already
been transmitted and/or settled.
For changing settlements/transmissions, re-load the items into the DTF
from the archive.

OQ_E159
- No unprocessed records found in DTF ?The SAP error message OQ_E159 "No unprocessed records found in DTF" typically occurs in the context of the Data Transfer Framework (DTF) when attempting to process data records that are expected to be available for processing but are not found. This can happen in various scenarios, such as during data uploads, migrations, or integrations.
Causes:
- No Data Available: The most straightforward cause is that there are simply no unprocessed records in the DTF for the specified criteria or selection.
- Incorrect Selection Criteria: The selection criteria used to fetch records may be too restrictive or incorrect, leading to no records being found.
- Data Processing Issues: Previous processing steps may have already processed or deleted the records, leaving none available for the current operation.
- Configuration Issues: There may be configuration issues in the DTF setup that prevent records from being recognized as unprocessed.
- Authorization Issues: Lack of proper authorizations may prevent the system from accessing the records.
Solutions:
- Check Data Availability: Verify that there are indeed records in the DTF that are unprocessed. You can do this by checking the relevant tables or using transaction codes related to DTF.
- Review Selection Criteria: Ensure that the selection criteria used in your processing step are correct and not overly restrictive. Adjust them if necessary.
- Check Previous Processing: Investigate if the records were processed in a previous step. If they were, you may need to re-import or re-create them.
- Configuration Review: Review the DTF configuration settings to ensure everything is set up correctly. This includes checking the mapping, data sources, and any relevant settings.
- Authorization Check: Ensure that the user executing the process has the necessary authorizations to access and process the records in the DTF.
- Logs and Traces: Check the application logs and traces for any additional error messages or warnings that might provide more context about the issue.
