    Transportation Management (TM) has transferred a forwarding settlement
    document to Sales and Distribution (SD). The system includes a note in
    the transferred information. In the note is a text type. The note
    contains a text type. The text type doesn't exist in SD.
    SD uses the description from the text type in the header or line item
    text of a billing document. As a result, the system didn?t add the
    header or line item text to the billing document.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    You can create the billing document without the header or line item
    text.
    If you want to include the header or line item text, you must perform
    the following tasks:
    1.,,Cancel the billing document
    You can cancel the billing document by cancelling the relevant
    forwarding settlement document.
    2.,,Specify the relevant Customizing settings
    You must contact your system administrator to specify the relevant
    Customizing settings.
    3.,,Post the forwarding settlement document again.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    You can specify a text type in Customizing for <ZK>Sales and
    Distribution </>under <ZK>Basic Functions -> Text Control -> Define Text
    Types</>. For a header text, select <ZK>Billing Document -> Header ->
    Change</>. For a line item text, select Billing Document -> Item ->
    Change. Select the relevant text procedure and choose <ZK>Text IDs </>in
    <ZK>Text Procedure.</>
    You can specify a text type for TM in Customizing for
    <ZK>Cross-Application Components </>under <ZK>Processes and Tools for
    Enterprise Applications -> Reusable Objects and Functions for BOPF
    Environment -> Dependent Object Text Collection -> Maintain Text Schema
    </>.
    The text ID of the text type in SD must match exactly with the
    corresponding text type in TM.
