    The wizard tried to check if the customizing objects can be written to
    a transport request. The result of this check is, that the system is
    set to unchangeable.

    The wizard will continue, however, you will not be able to save your
    changes at the end of the wizard.

    Make sure that the customizing objects can be transported, i.e. the
    system is set to changeable.
