    The data in &V4& must be used to create an entry in a control table
    that the system uses to prevent ambiguous instruictions for the
    transfer of funds. In this case an open entry in the control table
    already exists.

    System Response

    The system cannot insert the required entry, so processing cannot
    complete.

    How to fix this error?

    As the revenue processing completes, it leads to changes in the control
    table that will remove the duplicate record.
    Wait until the revenue dsistribution component has processed the funds
    for the existing control record for &v4&.
    Then process the current data through the interface again.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
