    be defined during all the periods during which costs may be charged to
    its members.
    At date &v2&, there seems to be a gap or overlap in the date ranges
    during which the bearer group &v1& is defined.
    Either the bearer group is undefined for a period from &v2& during which
    it is used to bear costs, or
    the bearer group is defined twice for a period ending immediately before
    &v2&.
