    In the table OIUT3_CLUSTERS, the ROLE has a TABNAME and a COMM_TABNAME;
    both these structures must exist in the data dictionary.
    For the TABNAME, a TABLE TYPE must exist with row type of TABNAME.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
