  • What causes this issue?

    A Funds deletion record was sent back from the partner system to SAP in
    the response XML but this record does not exist in the SAP database.
    The record has the following key:

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    o Company/Venture/DOI - &v1&
    o Owner Number - &v2&
    o Owner Interest Type - &v3&
    o Owner Interest Seq. - &v4&

    System Response

    SAP reported this as an error but cannot update a corresponding record
    in it's database.

    How to fix this error?

    This Funds deletion record needs to be reconciled in both the partner
    system and the SAP system.
