What causes this issue?

New owner &v1& has also been specified as the old owner. The only valid
entries in the new owner tab in this case are:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

o The new owner Interest type and Sequence number (ISQ) are specified
<ZH>and</> the combination is different than those in the old owners
table
o The new owner Interest type is left blank <ZH>but</> the Sequence
number is entered and is different than the old owner's sequence number
The combination cannot be specified under certain situations which leads
to data inconsistency (invalid DOH records) and clashes with old owner
ISQs especially in partial transfers. In such situations, the transfer
document fails during execution.

How to fix this error?

Change your new owner entries for the system to validate the
combination. Also check to see if the ISQ value for the new owner is
not the same as the old owner's ISQ being transfered.
