  • What causes this issue?

    When a DOI gets refreshed, it is possible that the DOI is being used in
    Owner Request documents and these documents should also be edited to
    delete DOI records used in them. However when the system attempted to
    maintain document &v1& &v2& it found the document was being processed
    by the user &v3&

    System Response

    The Refresh function cannot continue until ALL documents containing the
    DOI can be edited.

    How to fix this error?

    Wait until user &v3& has finished processing the document and then
    repeat the process.
