    What causes this issue?

Well Status / Well Class / Production Method are used to calculate the
associated MMS Well Status Code. However, the Well Status / Well Class
/ Production Method combination was not found in the common table cross
    reference.

    System Response

Program looks first for more specific record, using Well Status + Well
Class + Production Method as the key to find an MMS Well Status Code.
If record is not found, program looks for more generic record using
Well Status + Well Class + '**' as the key. If a matching record is
still not found, program then looks for a record using Well Status +
    '**' + '**' as the key.

    How to fix this error?

Add a record to the Common Table for one of the above specific or
generic combinations and cross-reference it to an MMS Well Status Code.
