    How to fix this error?

    Use transaction o3u_dnap3 to check the auto flow checkbox for the
    listed material/vt. If the autoflow checkbox is not checked, an
    allocation profile has to be set up at the upstream MP's through which
    the listed material/vt can flow. MP Allocation Profiles can be setup
    using o3u_mpap1.
