  • What causes this issue?

An allocation basis of energy or dual was established for the
processing DN and the system was unable to locate a default heat value
for the listed well/wc. The system looked to the following tables to
determine a default heat value: the wc heat value table (oiu_pr_wchv),
the wl test table (oiu_pr_wltst), the MP Volume table.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    System Response

    How to fix this error?

Use transaction O3U_MWHV1 to establish a wc heat value default. Use
transcation O3U_MPVL3 to ensure MP Volume records exist for the MP
entered on O3U_MWHV1. If a default heat value is not established by
using O3U_MWHV1, then the heat value will be taken from the well test.
Only a heat value greater than 0 at the well test will be used. Use
transaction O3U_WLTS3 to view the well test entries for the listed
    wl/wc.
