INJ (WYOMING), COMMERCIAL WTR DISP (COLO), DISPOSED WATER INTO
FORMATION, WATER PIT, TRUCKED OFF, CENTRAL WTR DISP (COLO), OVERBOARD,
TANK CLEANING, CASUALTY LOSS, and PRODUCED WATER.
