What causes this issue?

The vehicle &V1& is not available in the requested time frame.
1.) Within an overlapping period, it is used by nomination &V2&.
2.) It is also possible, that the currently checked nomination and
nomination &V2& are not overlapping, but if the start location of the
second nomination is different from the end location of the previous
nomination for the same vehicle, and according the the fastest route it
is not possible to be back in time, the vehicle is also not avilable.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
