    BALANCE is a term used to indicate the sum of stock balancing
    quantities for the day. For some nomination scenarios, such as Purchase
    out of Pipe O-P or Sale out of Destination D-S, stock balancing
    quantities appear in the Stock Projection Worksheet. These quantities
    are shown against nomination "BALANCE" which is not a real nomination
    number.
