What causes this issue?

The field values of one or more nominations is incorrect. You can not
save the nomination to the database, if the field values are not
corrected.

System Response

Incompletion
The system processes the checks for the nomination using specific check
routines. You can specifiy if a nomination with errors can be saved to
the database or not in Customizing for TSW. If "incompletion allowed"
is activated for a specific error message, you can store this
nomination with the occured error. The nomination is then saved as
incomplete. This nomination is available for Stock Projection Worksheet
processing, as long as no fields that are essential for the Stock
Projection Worksheet have failed the check routines. For example, if
the material number is not defined in the nomination item and it is
allowed to save the nomination as incomplete, the Stock Projection
Worksheet is not able to select this nomination item. As long as an
item is incomplete you can confirm the item or send information to your
partners.

How to fix this error?

Please check the entries in the Application Log of the Nomination
transaction and correct the described errors.
