What causes this issue?

This Location is used in Partner roles. Therefore, it is NOT possible
to delete this Location.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please delete all the Partner roles for this location, delete the
Location assignment from the Transport systems and then try to delete
the Location. Note that once the Partner roles are deleted, it will be
difficult to get the link to the transport system. Therefore, make note
of the transport systems this location is linked to using the Partner
role search utility.
1. Run the Partner role search utility with Location as the search
criteria. Make note of all the linked Transport systems.

2. Delete all the partner roles using Partner role maintenance
transaction.
