What causes this issue?

The new movement types 107 and 109 delivered as of EC 6.0 are not
supported for materials with HPM/TDP functionality. However the movement
types 107 and 109 are supported for materials without HPM/TDP
functionality .

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please use movement types 103 and 105 for materials with HPM/TDP
functionality to post goods receipts to purchase orders in blocked
stock.
