Calculation Rules screen.
The period must be fully defined.
The period may be defined in two ways. Either enter the Date From and
Date To fields together (eg 01.01.1997 31.01.1997), or use the other
fields to define:
- Reference Date (eg Pricing Date)
- Offset to Reference Date (eg First Day of Month)
- Time Unit of Measure (eg Days)
- Period Before and Period After (eg 1)
- Exclude Event Date (check on or off)
