  • What causes this issue?

    The Quantity Conversion Interface (QCI) can be operated in two different
    modes. In one mode, a material number has to be passed to the QCI and
    then the conversion group is known via the assignment in the material
    master. In the second mode, no material number is passed to the QCI.
    Then, the conversion group has to be passed as input data to the QCI.
    This is not the case.

    System Response

    The system stops processing. No quantity conversion can be performed.

    How to fix this error?

    Contact your system administrator. This is a technical problem that
    cannot be solved by a user performing business transactions.
