cannot be scheduled/executed or activated.

How to fix this error?

You can either change the operations so that they do not require SE14
for remodeling anymore. Alternatively, you can change the configuration
of the remodeling tool back to default in the menu toolbar or allow the
remodeling framework to use SE14 during remodeling.
