Message number: 658
Message text: Order type &1 cannot be used in the allocation table
The order type &V1& is either unavailable or cannot be used to generate
the allocation table order.
You can only use order types in the allocation table that fulfill the
following prerequisites:
The transaction is "0".
The lock sales document is " " or "A"
The sales document category is
"C" (order) or "I" (free order)
(if it is standard <ZH>procurement</>)
"H" (return)
(if it is a standard <ZH>return</>)
"K" (credit memo request) or "L" (debit memo request)
In this case, neither procurement nor a return takes place (no goods
flow).
You should not make any settings for external procurement in the
allocation table item category (field "Vendor Order Recipient"). The
"Stock Transfer" field must have characteristic 3 "Sales Order for
Plants and Customers".
The system could not find an order type or determined that the order
type entered in the allocation table cannot be used.
Maintain an order type in Customizing for the allocation table
<DS:SIMG.W_ZF_VK_0420>item category</>. You should be able to use this
order type to generate an allocation table order.
Define a new <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLSDVOV8>sales document type</> when
you need to in Customizing. It should include the features detailed
above.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
