  • What causes this issue?

    You want to add material &V1& to the component list for a structured
    material. This is not, however, possible as the <DS:DE.MSTAE>material
    status</> &V2& that is assigned to the material cannot be used in
    <DS:DE.DSTLP>bill of material items</>.

    The material cannot be added to the component list.

    How to fix this error?

    If the material is to be added to the component list, you must:
    Assign a different material status to the material or remove any
    existing assignment to a particular material status.
    Change the Customizing settings for the
    <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLMSOMS4>material status</> (if only the material
    status has been incorrectly configured).
    If only a warning is display, you can continue by confirming the
    warning message. Do this by pressing "Enter".
