Message text: Error when creating the service
An error occurred while you were creating a new service on the message
server. You can find more information in the trace file on the message
server.
There are several reasons why a service cannot be created:
The service (port) is already occupied by another process.
The message server itself is already using this service. In this case
you first have to delete the service occupying this port and then create
a new service.
The message server is not authorized to link the port. (Port numbers <(>
<<)> 1024 under UNIX). In this case mark the selection box 'Use External
Binding Program' (see documentation on profile parameter exe/icmbnd in
transaction RZ11).
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
