  • What causes this issue?

You want to activate business function <ZK>Enterprise Asset Management
Part 6</> (LOG_EAM_CI_6) in your system and you have already activated
the enhancement <ZK>Defense Forces <(>&<)> Public Security</>. By
activating the business function, you have the new option of defining
call horizons in maintenance plans and maintenance strategies in days or
working days. However, this function is not possible in a distributed
    system landscape.

    System Response

If you have activated the distribution scenario for Plant Maintenance in
    Customizing for <ZK>Defense Forces <(>&<)> Public Security</> under <ZK>
Distributed System Landscape</> --> <ZK>Setting Options for Distribution
</>, you can only define the call horizon in maintenance strategies and
    maintenance plans in percent.
    <ZH>Note:</>
If you have already defined call horizons in days or working days, you
can then no longer activate the distributed system landscape with
parameter PM_DISTR_ACTIVE. To be able to do so, you would have to first
change the call horizon calculation from days/working days to percent in
each and every maintenance strategy and maintenance plan.

    How to fix this error?

The function for calculating the call horizon in days or working days is
not available in a distributed system landscape.
If you want to define the call horizon in days or working days,
deactivate the distribution scenario for Plant Maintenance in Custom
izing for <ZK>Defense Forces and Public Security</>.
If you want to work in a distributed system landscape, activate this
<ZH>before</> any call horizons in maintenance plans or maintenance
strategies are defined in days or working days.
