What causes this issue?

You tried saving a characteristc filter using a new external
description (CVID). However, the characteristic filter cannot be saved.
The internal key for the dependency of a characteristic filter (KNOBJ)
already exists in the database table MMRP_CVID_H and may not appear
twice as only a 1:1 relationship can exist between the dependency
(internal key KNOBJ) and the external description of a characteristic
filter (CVID).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create your dependency again and then try saving again.
