What causes this issue?

You tried to assign a process batch to an order item. This is not
possible, because a segmentation order has already been assigned to the
order item.

As soon as you have created processes batches for an order, you must
assign segmentation orders, which you created with reference to an
order item, to a process batch.

How to fix this error?

Assign the segmentation order to a process batch as follows:
Select the process batch that you want to assign the segmentation order
to in the <ZK>Process batch</> area (screen 8495 Mill: PB screen), and
the segmentation order in the <ZK>Segmentations</> area (screen 8475
Mill: SG screen).
Choose @BB@ <ZK>SG reass.</>.
You can then assign the process batch to the order item.
