possible.
You can only assign an input batch as a preceding batch to a process
batch at the lowest process batch level.
For process batches that are to be generated from existing process
batches (for example by splitting or copying), the system automatically
generates a preceding batch references for the preceding process batch.

With the function @I3@ <ZK>PB Ref.</>, you can
initialize the assignment of a preceding batch
If you want to initialize assignment, you must remove the batch number
from the <ZK>Batch</> field in the relevant goods issue line before you
perform the function @I3@ <ZK>PB Ref.</>.

If you want to assign another input batch as the preceding batch, enter
enter the number of an existing input batch in the <ZK>Batch</> field
of the relevant goods issue line before you perform function @I3@
<ZK>PB Ref.
The system cancels the function.
Select a process batch at the lowest process batch level and a goods
issue line and choose @I3@ <ZK>PB Ref.</>.
