    You have made changes in Customizing for cutting processing. The
    <DS:DE.MILL_SCRAP_PCT>scrap limit</> is 0 %.

    System Response

    You can no longer post the remaining quantity as scrap to your cost
    center.
    The user-specific default values for the scrap limit are also adjusted
    to 0% the next time cutting stock transfer is called.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to switch off checks of the remaining quantity against the
    scrap quantity, set the scrap limit to 100%.
