    The storage type is determined on the basis of the combination of plant
    and storage location as follows:
    The system automatically chooses storage type 005 for the warehouse
    number belonging to the combination of plant and storage location. In
    the standard SAP System, storage type 005 is the storage type for fixed
    storage bins.
    If storage type 005 does not exist, the system chooses the first
    storage type for the warehouse number.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
