The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Please note that each purchasing document item counts as one hit.
Normally, a maximum of 5000 hits are displayed in the document overview.

You have specified that a maximum of 50 hits are to be displayed in the
document overview.
If the system finds a purchase order that contains 60 items, only 50 of
the items in this purchase order are displayed in the document overview.
