- In the same configuration area, check if the access sequence is assigned to the relevant condition type.
- Navigate to:
Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Conditions -> Define Price Determination Process
- Ensure that the access sequence is linked to the appropriate condition type in the pricing procedure.
Check Condition Records:
- Use transaction code
MEK1
to check if condition records exist for the condition type in question. If there are no records, you may need to create them.Review Pricing Procedure:
- Ensure that the pricing procedure being used in the purchasing document is correctly configured and includes the necessary condition types and access sequences.
Transport Issues:

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed.
