    Either the cleansing case does not exist any longer or the change

    If the change request is in status <ZK>Final Check Rejected,</> then
    most probably the cleansing case was deleted along with the rejection of
    this change request. This is only possible if the change request has
    been in draft mode during rejection.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
