Message text: Ratings transferred in two different nodes of service message type
Service interface BusinessPartnerSUITEBulkReplicateRequest_In contains
two nodes for transferring ratings of a business partner:
RATING
CREDIT_MANAGEMENT_EXTERNAL_CRE.
While calling the service interface ratings were transferred in both
nodes. In order to avoid data inconsistencies this is not allowed.
Node CREDIT_MANAGEMENT_EXTERNAL_CRE shall not be used any more. Please
use node RATING.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
If you call the service from a custom environment, make sure that you
transfer ratings only in node RATING. If the error occurs in a standard
scenario, please implement BAdI FSBP_ACTIVATE_OUTBOUND in the sender
system according to SAP note 2858939 and deactivate the sending of the
data in the obsolete credit management node. You can use the example
class of the BAdI for this.

- Duplicate Data: The error often arises when the same rating information is being sent in two different nodes of the service message. This can happen if the data is not properly structured or if there are multiple sources of data that are not synchronized.
- Incorrect Mapping: There may be an issue with how the data is mapped in the MDG configuration, leading to the same data being represented in multiple places.
- Data Replication Issues: If there are issues with the data replication setup, such as incorrect configuration or network issues, it can lead to this error.
Solution:
- Check Data Consistency: Review the data being sent for replication to ensure that there are no duplicate entries for ratings. This may involve checking the source system for inconsistencies.
- Review Configuration: Check the MDG configuration for the Business Partner data model to ensure that the mapping of ratings is correctly set up and that there are no conflicting definitions.
- Adjust Data Model: If necessary, adjust the data model to ensure that ratings are only defined in one node of the service message.
- Data Cleansing: Perform data cleansing in the source system to remove any duplicate or conflicting entries before they are sent to the MDG system.
- Consult Logs: Review the application logs and error logs in the MDG system for more detailed information about the error and any related issues that may provide further insights.
