  • What causes this issue?

During the bulk inbound processing for business partner relationships
checks are applied. If possible, errors found for a single business
partner relationship are passed to 'Forward Error Handling' . Such
errors do not imply a complete rollback of the bulk message.
Reprocessing for the faulty business partner relationship is possible
    with the Postprocessing Desktop.
However some erros which are found at a very late stage of inbound
processing cannot be handled with Forward Error Handling. They result in
a complete ROLLBACK of the processing to ensure data consistency.
