    The spreadsheet you uploaded contains a reference to a root table entry
    that does not exist.

    You cannot continue with the upload.

    How to fix this error?

    Check your spreadsheet and locate the reference to the non-existent root
    table entry. Add the corresponding entry to the root table entries. Make
    sure that the source IDs used for each line of subordinate tables are
    identical. If your spreadsheet contains only one sheet, which is the
    case for OpenXML spreadsheets, or if it is a .CSV file, add at least one
    non-key attribute of the root table together with the source ID.
