In the MRP list, this exception message displays,
that the order proposal was newly created in the last planning run
that the finish date of the order proposal lies in the past
This situation may occur if automatic forward scheduling in the
planning run has been switched off in Customizing for the plant in
question.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the order proposal should have been rescheduled.
