For cause 1: enter a valid queue name, for example MCEX12, for the
extraction queue of application 12. You can determine the assignment of
the application IDs in <DS:TRAN.LBWE>LO Data Extraction: Customizing
Cockpit</>.
For cause 2: try to restore the entries in table TMCEXUPD from an
undamaged client or from a backup.
