What causes this issue?

You have called up the restructure for extractor structures in
application '18' (Service Management). However, there is no extractor
structure active for event I3 (orders).

System Response

No data from event I3 is copied to the BW interface.

How to fix this error?

First activate the required extractor structures using the Customizing
Cockpit for application '18' and start the restructure
again.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
