What causes this issue?

Individual fields in the communication structure are already contained
in the extract structure. You cannot therefore not delete the
communication structure from the selection.

How to fix this error?

If you want to delete the communication structure, go into the
structure maintenance of the relevant extract structure.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
