a) Lines that contain '*' in the basis field name and view field name.
In this case, all fields of the selected basis table are included.
b) Lines that start with .GROUP. All fields of the group are included.
c) Lines that start with .APPEND. All fields of the append view are
included.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Before selecting the function, position the cursor on a line that can
be expanded or use the function 'Expand all'.
