    How to fix this error?

Note that deactivated matchcode IDs become active again during an
upgrade. Deactivating is purely a Customizing function. Therefore you
have to deactivate deactivated IDs again after an upgrade.
For IDs of update type S, note that the matchcode records are no longer
automatically adjusted to changes in the base tables after deactivation.
You have to construct the matchcode data again with the matchcode
    utility after a new activation.
