What causes this issue?

You want to pass on material data to demand management. No special
planning version has been declared, and no active version could be
found in the data base.
If data is passed on directly from the material, the system searches
for an active planning version for that material. However, if the data
is to be determined as a proportion of the product group to which the
material belongs, the system searches for an active planning version
for that product group.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
