already been created.
If you have left all the characteristic value fields blank, the system
understands that you want to plan all possible characteristic values.

System Response

This planning level cannot be created because it already exists.

How to fix this error?

Either
specify a planning level with a combination of characteristic values
that does not yet exist on the database
Or
select the <LS>Change</> function to add to an existing planning
hierarchy.
