  • What causes this issue?

You want to restrict the database selection for the field &V1&. However,
this restriction has no effect on the selection of the short documents
from the archive because this field is not included in the field catalog
of the selected archive info structure &V2&.
The selection of the archive info records will return all existing
database entries as the result. The runtime of the report will increase
enormously and the report is liable to terminate with the TIME_OUT
    runtime error message.
If you run the report with "Data Source = Short Documents", the result
    will be useless.
If you run this report with "Data Source = Reread Documents in Archive",
the result will be correct. The restriction of the field &V1& is
effective only when the MM documents are reread from the archive. In
this case, however, you must expect extremely long runtimes.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Cancel the restriction for field &V1& or choose a different archive info
structure containing the field &V1& in the parameter "archive info
structure with the aid of the F4 help.
