    If you want to change the update period (time unit), the program checks
    to see whether the info structure whose update period you want to
    change has already been updated. This is the only way in which
    inconsistent statistical data can be avoided.
    This check can only be made in the target system or target client.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
