What causes this issue?

Priority calculation during selection has not been performed due to the
processing of one task only. This may be due to one of the following
reasons:
The resource has selected by handling unit and there is only one task
from the selected handling unit.
The resource has selected in system-guided mode and has a manually
assigned task.
The resource has selected in system-guided mode and only one task has
been retrieved from the task pool.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
