    During the start of the embedded specification it is required to
    activate a data set which is currently either inactive or invisible.
    Therefore, the embedded specification needs to be switched into edit
    mode which has failed.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Try to start the embedded specification again. In most cases, the switch
    into edit mode is not possible because the specification is already
    locked by another user.
