    The transport connection is active.

    System Response

    You cannot make bookings / prebooking / cancellations in the Learning
    Portal. The EBOs cannot be synchronized from the Authoring Environment.

    How to fix this error?

    Contact the system administrator.

    Change the transport settings in table T000 for the current client. If
    this is not possible, you can switch off the transport connection for
    HR-PD objects using the switch TRSP / CORR in table T77S0.
