What causes this issue?

There are two possible reasons for this message:
You are moving the lower limit of the data entry period forward to a
date which lies after the key date.
You are moving the upper limit of the data entry period back to a date
which lies before the key date.

System Response

The system does not allow you to perform either of these actions.

How to fix this error?

If you want to see another period, change the key date.
